Nature is the setting of this beautiful villa and from the terrace and the swimming pool you can enjoy the beauty of the mountains of the Gran Sasso D’Italia and Majella. At just 10 minutes from Pescara, villa “Casa Vidal” is easily reachable by any means of transport.

The villa is composed of: the main building on three levels and a dependence. It can host 10 people, with the possibility of adding extra beds (to agree at the moment of the booking). It has refined furniture and it has all the comforts: sat TV, stereo, internet Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, alarm, air conditioning and independent heating.
The inside is wide and well-lighted.
The main building has three levels, linked by internal stairs, and it has 3 bedrooms.
The ground floor is composed of: a big living room with fireplace, well-lighted dining room and wide kitchen with all appliances (included an ice maker), and a toilet.
The first floor is composed of: a double bedroom that has a wide private bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower; the bedroom accesses to a porch that with an external stair goes to the garden. Furthermore, two double bedrooms (one with bed 140×90, one with 3 single beds) with balcony and a bathroom with shower.
The villa has a dependence, on the ground floor. It has a small kitchenette and sofas, a study with pool, stereo and fireplace, where up to 4 people can be hosted, using sofa beds. Furthermore, there is an ensuite double bedroom with exit towards the garden.
